As a REALTOR when I was looking for the right real estate company to work for, I looked to the leader. I am proud to be with Intracoastal Realty because I now represent a locally owned and operated company that is the market share leader and has been involved in the community for over 30 years.

My family and I have lived in Wilmington for more than 9 years and we feel like natives. Wilmington is an amazing place to live, work, and raise a family. We constantly remind ourselves that "we live here"! I love this intracoastal lifestyle and helping people discover all of the wonders of Wilmington as well as the picture perfect home.

I grew up in Illinois, Indiana and Northern Virginia. I graduated from Longwood University in Southern Virginia and got married in Michigan. Of all the places I have lived, Wilmington, N.C. is the absolute best. My husband and I decided to move to the Cape Fear Coast 6 months after getting married. Our first impression was how Wilmington has something for everyone. This intracoastal community is a place one can envision spending a long time; growing roots, building friendships and having a family. You can't beat the beautiful scenery of the beaches, river and the over 200 blocks of Historic District (not to mention all of the fantastic food this area has to offer).

Having been a theatre major in college and working in the film industry for years; I am enthusiastic about the thriving theatre community here. There is also a large pool of very talented crew members, actors, artists and musicians. We have a young daughter who has thrived in this village (and it does take a village). We are also proud members of Grace United Methodist Church located downtown.

My success in the film industry with it's required attention to detail, has led me to a career in real estate where the details are just as important for an excellent finished product.
